Supplying Sesame Leaves to a Korean Restaurant

Grand Hôtel Mölle is extending its family of restaurants with its latest new addition, Moi Korean in Copenhagen, uniting Korean cuisine with Nordic produce. Bonbio will be one of the first companies to supply leafy greens to the restaurant. We are now growing kilos of sesame leaves to order, and these will be served fresh or in kimchi.
